- Business plans design and review, cash flow management – assistance with projections and appropriate models
- Inventory tracking and management – systems and processes. To identify slow/fast moving inventory items, design controls and systems to guard against risk of fraud and abuse of the inventory process, conduct and/or assist with the periodic inventory count, etc.
- Profit monitoring and business performance evaluation – to establish the business key success factors (KSF), key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones. Design systems, processes and dashboards to track and monitor these variables.
- Design and review of operational policies and procedure manuals – including corporate governance policies, anti-fraud manuals, procurement manuals, finance and administration policies and procedures, etc.
- Training – accounting, tax and financial reporting related matters. In addition, support with Ms. Excel as a tool for data analysis and reporting.
